Dr. Rach, ND
Naturopathic Doctor & Doula

About Me
Racheal Onah is a Registered Naturopath and Certified Birth Doula with a deep commitment to enhancing the health and well-being of children and families. Growing up in a close-knit family of eight, Racheal experienced firsthand the challenges of miscarriages, prematurity, and infant loss. This sparked her passion for supporting women and families through pregnancy and birth. As the founder of Baby Mamas Doula, she actively serves as a birth doula and educator, empowering women with valuable knowledge about pregnancy and labor.
Racheal holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from York University and earned her Doctor of Naturopathy degree from The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto. She currently practices at both Baby Mamas Doula and the Natural Care Clinic.
Outside of her professional life, Racheal enjoys listening to podcasts, going on outings, and helping her parents manage their family's church.
