Homeopathics

  • Cimicifuga - for stalled labor, dilate the cervix, pain in thighs, hips, and back

  • Caulophyllum - for stalled labor, cervix barely open, exhaustion

  • Pulsatilla - To help turn breech baby, for mood, weepy, sweet, mild-tempered during labor and delivery

  • Kali-Carbonicum - For low back pain, to help turn the baby

  • Aconite - For fear of pain and anxiety, fear of death, rapid birth contrctions

  • Chamomilla - Frantic, furious, hot temper, large pail urine

  • Gelsemium - For nausea, anticipatory anxiety, 1st labour, sleepiness, trembling/weakness. 

  • Ignatia - For patients who have experienced loss or have a fear of miscarriage, or oversensitive to pain.
