About Dr. Tara Rawana, ND
Dr. Tara Rawana is a Naturopathic Doctor, Holistic Nutritionist and has a certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Dr. Tara sees patients at The Poppy Clinic, located in Burlington, Ontario and has two areas of special interest: mental health concerns and tween and teen health.
While pursuing her doctorate degree, Dr. Tara co-founded All About Mental Empowerment, a company that provides mental health education in the form of interactive, action based workshops to schools across the GTA. All About Mental Empowerment has worked with over 70 schools across 6 school boards, supporting more than 23,000 students as well as hundreds of parents and teachers in the last year and a half.
Dr. Tara is also the content creator and facilitator of Empowered Tween, a comprehensive 6-module program run at The Poppy Clinic designed to strengthen the relationship between moms and their tween daughters as they navigate puberty.
